Component Plan Expense Analysis

A plan fiduciary has a duty to assure that all plan expenses are reasonable.  The challenge, quite frankly is determining what the expenses actually are.  To mitigate that risk OneFiduciary Group will conduct annual component cost analysis and hold all service providers to a full disclosure standard.

• Analyze component plan costs versus known industry averages and/or independent proprietary benchmarks on an annual basis
• Uncover potential redundant expenses
• Coordinate the redistribution excess plan expenses for the benefit of participants
